Deep breathing has actually been helpful for me lately - it allows me to stop and decompress whatever feelings I'm experiencing in that moment.
Also, this may sound silly but when I wash my hands I take a minute to relax (and of course for sanitation purposes 😊). The sound of the running water is calming and the warm water on my hands is relaxing. Just a thought!
